Jodi is the BEST! I have used her four times now, and each time has been a wonderful experience. She helped me buy my first house, sell my husband's home before we were married. She spent an entire year with us as we looked for the perfect home to start my husband and I's life together. Then she efficantly sold my house once we moved into our new home! I chose Jodi Albright over a couple of other Realtor's when considering the speed I wanted selling this property. Overall, the sales went much faster than I expected and communication with the showing process went unusually quick. The final process of closing the agreement came with many issues with the buyer and the buyer's Realtor. Jodi did a magnificent job focusing through these issues to make sure the sale would happen as laid out in the original sales agreement. Jodi was a good choice with such a dynamic real estate market which we were in at the time of this sale. I have bought and sold 11 different properties in the last 43 years, the first one also with Cressy and Everett Real Estate. This one will be my last and truly wish Jodi and the entire team the best of luck going forward.

Jodi was great! She worked with a quicker timeline and made sure that as a seller, I got the best deal for my house! The selling process was super smooth! Her communication was awesome; she was always available to answer questions and kept me updated with updates from the buyers agent!

I asked a lot of questions and she was kind and patient with me. It is a daunting process with a lot of different moving pieces and even until the day *after* I closed, Jodi was still answering my questions. She knows a lot about the area and has a lot of contacts to help you move your way through the inspection and repairs processes. Jodie was awesome! There was a hiccup with our initial appraisal and she was so helpful with getting a different lender. Our closing date was pushed back just a few days instead of weeks like we were worried about.

The sale of my house was not your typically one. We had 2 offers within 3 days, but then it didn't appraise and we needed a second appraisal. The septic failed it's inspection so we got another one. Jodi had to chase down the final invoice. She went above and beyond for help us get to closing, and she was helpful answering all of our questions throughout the way. I had been considering selling the house myself, but after working with Jodi, I realized that would not have been worth the extra savings. Jodi Albright is professional and knowledgeable as a realtor. She is very easy to communicate and work with. I’d recommend her to family and friends. For both of the properties she sold for me, she produced an informative and thorough competitive market analysis. She made sure I understood every step of the process and was comfortable with everything. I really appreciated all her effort.

I had a friend refer Jodi to me. She was super friendly right away. She understood what I was looking for and kept up with my schedule. Once my offer was accepted, she kept myself and mortgage broker on track, and we were able to close on our desired date. As someone still not very familiar with areas around town, she did a great job telling me what was available for shopping and entertainment in each neighborhood I looked in.

Jodi was great! My buying process was drawn out (through no fault of hers) with a lot of moving parts and she helped me stay in touch with the seller and down payment assistance program. As a first time buyer, I had done my research but every experience was still new and nerve wracking, and Jodi did a great job of letting me know what to expect. As a first time home buyer, Jodi did a great job of explaining all of the steps of purchasing a home, something that was initially very overwhelming. When I came to tour properties in person, she did an excellent job of explaining the area, giving her thoughts and suggestions, and learning and adapting to my needs and preferences. I cannot speak highly enough about experience with Jodi. I am an introvert who normally does not like phone or video interactions, but she was very pleasant and friendly throughout the months long process of finding a home and made me feel very comfortable with her. Additionally, she was great at always being available by phone, video, text, or email.

Jodi is an excellent agent. She responds quickly to text and email and can almost always take a call. Jodi can usually help a buyer see a place they’re interested in within a day or two. She is very flexible to make showings, get document signings taken care of quickly and effortlessly which takes a lot of the pain out of home buying. Finally, Jodi is very patient. It took almost a year and a couple offers that didn’t work out to find a home that was right for me, but I eventually finally bought it with Jodi’s help. I can’t ask for more than that.
